    Riding in fort Worth.

I was there a a couple of years ago in August fixing a couple of damaged Helicopters for a while, (my sister company is in Dallas). But I never found any corners to ride around, every road was straight, perfect for Harleys.

It was too bloody hot, 105 degrees, no way can you ride in the heat at any time of day without getting an arse as red as a baboon (trust me, I know). Full face Helmet, WTF, I was sweating so much I had salt in my eyes (not good).

Engine heat from an MT10...............good luck.

Ha! Sounds like where I live. It's as flat as a shit carter's hat, and every road is straight as an arrow for a hundred miles. Gotta ride an hour or so to find some corners, but on the 10, well worth it!

    And welcome to the forum!
If it's stupid and it works, it ain't stupid.

    Cool

Late response, since I just joined.
I live in Dallas and I ride Spring, Fall and part of early Winter. Summer it too hot to ride in comfort even at 100 mph.
You also need to know where to go to find roads with corners.

Welcome Darkknight. I plan on a long ride today, since it might get up to 60 and that high of a temp is a real bonus as we move into winter. Each ride ends with topping off the tank as well for winter storage.

Enjoy your ideal temps right now!
You can't have everything. Where would you put it?
