    Gearbox now smooth as silk all the way through the box.
    So theres one for everyone to check.
    The threads have GREEN loctite on ,which is atrong bond.And plenty of it.
    Good it is sorted.

    Tho too much loctite and it can easy squeeze out and onto into the pivot point harden up and also cause the lever to not spring back like you have found and described above.

    I oil that pivot and the two rose joints of the Shifter rod.
