    Engine management light?

Anyone had this, starting the bike up if you don't leave it excactly to sweep through its start up procedure after you've turned the key, if you press the starter button the engine management light comes on? I've already been back the dealers about this and there wasn't a fault, so they cleared the light.
Looks like I've got to go back again. Does anyone know if there is. Procedure to clear this, either buying a diagnostic machine and lead, or easier?

    From an old post......

I've recently bought these two to clear the error and it worked a treat. Easy peasy and only 30 total

MT10 is nothing like the r1 when it comes to EML

doesnt have a onboard diagnostic mode, everything needs to be done via the diag port under the seat and uses traditional EOBD Fault codes
