I'm happy with what I got! No doubt the fancy suspension works great off the floor but I'm wondering how it will do when the bike has 60Kmi on it.

Ditto, 'happy with what I got!'. Good how will 60k affect fancy expensive suspension point. I won't mind the new fuel map tho.

I believe that in order to have the active suspension, you have to have the IMU like the R1 has. This will add costs as well and even more electronic interference into the fun.

I'm happy with what I have and the color choice is a plus.

    No sorrow here.

I might be a luddite, but I appreciate the analog suspension very much. This comes from a 'suspension guy'. BMW's, Ducati's, et al have varying degrees of failures on those electronic suspension goodies. They also add weight. But most importantly, for most of us, you'll STILL need to get the right set of springs on the bike in order to get it to work for you. More often than not, the factory doesn't get it right for everyone. It'll be interesting to see if they've upgraded the spring rate out back and if they've adjusted the linkage (the latter is doubtful).

But that said, agreed on the fueling. As good as it is, a little more refinement would be great. A and B offer too much engine braking for my personal liking.

Now...what I would like to see: cornering ABS. Maybe in a few years.

You can find the Ohlins electronic shocks from the R1M on eBay for cheap. The fact the peeps are taking them off the bikes must tell you something.

Good point Dave and Stoltec point out about the extra weight of the controllers etc.
